Different

Animals diffuse carbon dioxide out of their cells into RBC in the bloodstream, whilst plants just diffuse oxygen straight out of their cells into the gaps of air around them, then the oxygen leaves the leaf through the stomata.
Animals dont rely on photosynthesis during the day in order to keep making nutrients, animals dont photosynthesise.
